Your Family Photographer's Guide to Easter Fun in East-London

As a professional family photographer, I meet many East London families who have vast local knowledge. This means I usually have my finger on the pulse of family activities and events happening in our busy city. And it means I've been able to gather a brilliant list of Easter activities for families in London.

As the school breaks approach, I always keep an eye out for the activities I can enjoy in my own family life. I know you're going to find these events every bit as enjoyable as we do. That's why I've listed them here in one place, so grab a cuppa and let me help you plan your Easter activities.

Family Portrait Session with Your Family Photographer

I find the Easter holidays are the perfect time to update your family portraits. With work and school on the back burner, everyone has a little more time on their hands. Why not make the most of it by investing in family photography. I still have some availability for photo shoots in my studio on Cody Road, E16. If the weather is good this Easter, you might want to consider a location photo shoot. You can take a look at some of my family portrait galleries here.

Easter Activities Outside Of East London

If you want to venture a bit further out of East London for the day, you could catch the river ferry to Kew Gardens. This also gives you the perfect opportunity to do some sightseeing from the Thames before heading back home. You get a different perspective of the city from the river, so it's also a good opportunity to capture some great photos. You'll find the river ferry timetable here.

Kew members can enjoy exclusive early access to the gardens to join The Very Hungry Caterpillar on an enchanting trail.
